Team Tampa Receives Invite To College Recruitment Tournament
(Atlanta, Georgia) SOUTHERN COMBAT 99, a college recruitment tournament for la- crosse athletes has invited T.B.L.A.’s Team Tampa to this prestigious college recruitment tournament to be held during the weekend of November 7th and 8th in Atlanta, Georgia.
This camp is not open to the public and is an invitation only tournament.
You will receive:
1. EXPOSURE TO COLLEGE COACHES: This is an open recruitment period where col- lege coaches can evaluate and will talk to both athlete and parent.
2. POSITION SPECIFIC INSTRUCTION: A professional staff made up of college coaches, MLL/NLL players providing top rate instruction in each area of their specialty.
3. RECRUITMENT GUIDANCE: Will host a recruiting seminar during the weekend for all parents of competing players. In addition, each player will receive a folder of documents concern- ing recruiting timelines and marketing yourself to college coaches.
4. Over 50 DIVISION I, II, and III Colleges and University coaches are scheduled to at- tend including: Notre Dame, Ohio State, Cornell, Harvard, Dartmouth, Limestone, Springfield, Lynchburg, Providence, Lehigh, Lemoyne, Wheaton, VMI... and more!
Team Tampa Evaluation Camp
Will be held in mid-September for U-17 and U-19 teams. You can also be recommended by your coach, and certain players will be receiving a personal invitation from Team Tampa Coaches. Please refer to www.tblacrosseacademy.com for specific evaluation camp dates, time, and registration details. Each player selected will receive Team Tampa uniform including shorts, jersey, and shooter shirt.
