Tampa Bay Lacrosse Academy

Mat Newman has been involved in the lacrosse community for several years here in the Tampa Bay area. The native Long Islander has coached in the Sandsharks Developmental and Youth program for the last 7 years.

Most recently Mat has coached with Team Tampa at the U-17 level as well as spearheading the new Alonzo High School team for the 2010 season. His experience and enthusiasm make him a good fit within the TBLA coaching system.
